Another view of this nice Super DC-3. Ordered as USAAF 42-93104 (C-47A c/n 12979) but delivered to US Navy as R4D-5 17190. Converted to R4D-8 (C-117D) c/n 43365 in 1952. Before LAC bought it 2002, she was operated by Robinson Air Crane as Super DC-3 N545CT. Leased to AeroSur for so called “nostalgic flights”, I wonder if she now (2015) still flies on a regular basis.
