A visitor from United Kingdom posted Mon May 22, 2006:This very Aircraft carried myself, parents and the rest of the family back from Singapore in August 1968. I do documentary proof of this trip aboard this G-AOVS because in my collection I have the Captains flight plan which was given to the passengers. It states the Height Position Speed and the flight pathway is drawn on it. It is a card made out with the Lloyds logo on it and coloured in blue. The height was 18000 MSL and the speed was 320 kts. I am pleased to see this photo. We went out to Singapore in 1966 also in a Britannia but with British Eagle. Regards Andrew G. | |
