Junkers was built in 1936, assigned to Lufthansa and registred D-AQUI nicknamed "Fritz Simon". Just in 1936 was sold to Norwegian DNL, but in 1940 confiscated by german army. After the war flown by DNL again, later sold to Ecuador and in 1975 reached USA, christened as "Iron Annie" and registered N52JU. Lufthansa acquired it in December 1984 back again and flies in historic Lufthansa colors as D-AQUI in the livery this plane from 1936 - now named as "Tempelhof".
