A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun December 6, 2009:Great shot, im trying to figure out if the waiter is trying to fix the red sun shade, or whether he is trying to get a view of the plane!

A visitor from United States posted Wed September 16, 2009:I was there 2 weeks ago and ate a 10x (animal style) and an animal style french fries and a diet soft drink. I missed a CRJ because I had to use the restroom after I finished eating.
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Mon September 7, 2009:Best shoot I´ve ever seen at Airliners.net... Nice to see my Lufthansa-Bird flying and flying... 5*!!

A visitor from United States posted Tue August 25, 2009:I love this shot. And I love this particular location outside LAX. Been there many times, but it excites me every time I get to go round. Great shot once again.
A visitor from United States posted Mon August 24, 2009:Paul - Great, great shot. Couple other observations, the perfect background of a blue California sky, and the fact that no part of the plane is hidden by building, palm trees or lightposts. (There may be a single palm frond by the front wheel on the port side bogey.) But there are no obstructions, the plane is perfectly framed in time and space by everything around it. It has a Norman Rockwell feeling to it, i.e. the reaction of the people add to the dramatic nature of the subject. Besides the view the sounds of landing aircraft is really great. I know the location well and will visit there on Sep 2. Frank M PS From your spot you must have had to watch your back for cars exiting the drive-thru.
A visitor from - posted Mon August 24, 2009:I'm simply speechless. I think Paul's words are the best ones to describe it: "The interaction between man, food, and machine is played out perfectly. A candid moment in time that says so much, as evident in each individual’s reaction". Congratulations!
A visitor from - posted Mon August 24, 2009:This is art men,congratulations.

A visitor from United States posted Mon August 24, 2009:Seems like a typical LA scene. Half the people don't seem to care about the A340 doing 180kts a few hundred feet over their shoulder.
A visitor from - posted Mon August 24, 2009:This one is actually from MUC; LH uses the A340-600 on its MUC-LAX leg, and the 747-400 on its FRA-LAX one. Amzing picture, excellent quality!
A visitor from Philippines posted Mon August 24, 2009:I miss flying those LH346s!!! Used to fly them very often MNL-FRA. Great plane- loved the second J cabin that only had 10 seats and the lavs in economy on the lower deck.

A visitor from - posted Sun August 23, 2009:I cannot believe people can actually maintain full attention to their hamburgers while such a beautiful and majestic aircraft is flying by so low. to many people take aviation for granted these days, its too bad.
