Unique picture with both Lufthansa A380 in one frame. While "MB" is inbound from Tokio as LH711 "MA" is heading out for departure as LH710 to Tokio.

This photo gave me the first indication that Lufthansa now has multiple A380s. I can barely make out "Munchen" as the name of the airborne whalejet.

Nice job capturing two A380s in one photo. I can't wait to see B747-800 in Lufthansa's colors.

It's lovely how you captured this spotter-friendly timing. I was lucky enough to watch the same thing, only with switched aircraft, a short while ago and it's just great to see it again here.

Wow! An amazing picture!!! I agree that Luftie´s livery looks really great on the A 380! Its just perfect! Are they really still operating only flights to Tokio with these two 380s?
Actually t think there are some flights to PEK with the third one, named Peking...

With this pairing of FRA-NRT, I wonder if LH will ever fly the 380 into HND? To think that NRT in the 80's and 90's was 747 territory and now that has been changed to 777 and the odd group of twin engine A/C makes me wonder if the 380 will ever become popular in PAX per Km vs op cost ratio.

What a view!
We´ve just returned from FRA and saw two of the three A380 in DLH service. D-AIMA returning from NRT, D-AIMC pushed back from the terminal and sattled to go to NRT. Two A380 taxiing head on, dwarfening some B744s around.
Yes, they are whales, but to me they look more elegant than compareable C-5s with about the same capacity, as the B773ER looks more elegant than the B744.
