With the introduction of a B737-800 leased from GATX Corporation, Mongolian Airlines will retire the B727-200. A slight modification in the livery is also introduced - removal of cheatline, new typeface for title and a white trim on tail logo instead of red. "MIAT" has also been removed from the title. First commercial service is on 19 July 2002 from ULN to SEL.
