Great shot, until I read the caption I thought it was some special paint scheme all by itself.

This aircraft appears to be a Thunderbirds Aircraft. Also, the Crew Chief riding brakes in the cockpit is wearing blue which is only worn by Thunderbirds, I believe. At first glance, the way it looks all masked off, it looks good enough to stand on it's own like a new paint scheme for them.
