Every time I watch this photograph it keeps amazing me - it's photographic art in its purest form! Any picture different from the average aircraft shot attracts my attention, and this one is an all time favourite! Thanks for sharing!

Hi guys, well i've been flying/work with this a/c many time since it been painted few yrs ago. Out of 17 a/c 2 been painted this livery. It't part of the introduction of new bussines class seat(gloden club class)and new service. The design base from heliconia leaf, blue is the colour of the class. Reason not on all a/c, it cost a lot. Only 3/4 of the body in colour due to the weight. Extra fuel needed for this a/c everytime in operation.

A visitor from Ireland posted Thu June 29, 2006:
Amazing capture of detail;rich, vivid colors-the different and diverse tonal qualities of the shades of blue on the fuelselage-a range of blues from cereulean blue hue to cobalt blue;the stark contrast of colors regarding the titles 'Malaysia'and 'Freedom of space'-they are super-imposed on the lighter background color(s);finally the oval windows of the aircraft along with the apt 'Freedom of space' titles suggest that the sky is a world void of solid matter('space'),yet can be freely explored by these winged creatures of metal that in this domain dwell('freedom').Well done on capturing a brilliant picture!

It's a great shot because it selects an area of intense colour and pattern. The fact it is the livery of a B777 is secondary.

This is a great photo because it captures so much color and contrast. Although a static image, it none the less manages to fool the eye as if it appears to be in motion because of the angle and excellent use of reflected light.

A visitor from Malaysia posted Mon October 31, 2005:
