A visitor from - posted Sat May 28, 2011: 4 stars for the photographer. Excellent photo with perfect timing. Despite that, not so good livery. It may look fine on a 737-800 or maybe the A330 (yes they did that too), but once this livery is applied to a 747, 777 or A380, it won't good. It's not good enough for a national carrier.

However, if they had more red stripes like in the flag and also the yellow sun and moon like in the real flag, just in a kind of waving over the whole fuselage, then it would be nice. Now, it looks unfinished to me.

A visitor from - posted Sat October 16, 2010: Once again MAS has proved that they are under cost saving arena,livery looks very simple and the previous livery where red and blue line trails towards the tail cone now shorten up to the mid fuselage.Eventually it looks better for narrow body 738 but not on a wide body aircraft.

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sat October 16, 2010: Approximately 1981, after the original two red lines had been tapered to the tail cone in the first modification, MH trialled 2 further (minor) variations. Niether of these two trials, which involved sweeping one of the red lines up to the fin, came to pass and they stayed with version 2 (tapered lines). Maybe this new one is just testing the water. . . . Regards - musang
