A visitor from United States posted Thu July 3, 2008: I love this seat! looks just like Thai but my favorite part about this seat over Thai is the automated window shades! press a button and all of them come down or go up or just one of the screens if you like. dont have to pull down all the shades manually by yourself. Truly First-Class design

A visitor from Viet Nam posted Fri August 26, 2005: I have to say, being a Malaysian, I am really impressed. From the amount of space t the presentation of food, truly rated a five star seat. Marvelous amenities for each seat I should say, especially that 15 inch touch screen TV, marvelous. I have seen on various websites that the food presentation is excellent and it tastes excellent too. And also this seat can turn into a full 180 degrees (a flat bed, no slants, NOTHING) Even looking at it by normal photograph, it still looks stunning. I wish I had the opportunity to go on it. To bad I am only able to try business class. Anyway, I think this airline seat is truly deserves to be rated 1st class and/or five stars !!!!!
