Noisy, but -or: therefore- beautiful, this Tupolev 134. At the moment the image was taken it was probably the only 134 operational in Africa. The 'lady' flew to Darfur (Nyala, El Fasher), to Juba (South-Sudan) and occasionally to Nairobi. The machine was stored for a while, but received a major overhaul and came back in service in January 2010, with a new interior and a white fuselage.
