Photographer

N38904 (cn A-827) Harold Neumann's Monocoupe 90AW "Little Mulligan" at the 1979 EAA Fly In. Neumann is famous for winning the 1935 Thompson Trophy Race in Benny Howard's DGA-6 "Mister Mulligan". After Neumann died in 1995, ownership of "Little Mulligan" passed to the EAA Aviation Foundation.
