Remark Photographer
V-131R The X-38 was a prototype of a lifting body reentry vehicle intended for use as a Crew Return Vehicle for the International Space Station. First flown in 1999, it was dropped from a B-52 and glided until a parafoil was deployed for landing. The program was cancelled in 2002 due to budget cuts.
