Aircraft Taken at More: Lockheed Martin More: Boeing 737-330 More: Fort Worth - NAS JRB / Carswell Field (AFB) (FWH / NFW) More: USA - Texas, December 7, 2007 Remark Photographer N35LX (cn 23528/1290) The CATB (Cooperative Avionics Test Bed) aicraft on final approach for a landing at the Lockheed Martin Fort Worth Texas plant. The CATB is a modified Boeing 737-300 used to test the mission systems of the F-35 Lightning II. The external modifications include a sensor wing forward of the main wing, added structure on the top and at the bottom of the fuselage and a modified nose representing the F-35 nose.
