Delivery date was July 23, 1966. Other serials - HK-3933X with ACES Aerolineas Centrales de Colombia, N4620 with Pan Am - named "Clipper Sportsman", Air 1, Gulf Air Transport, and Trans Ocean Airways, YV-838C with AVENSA Aerovias Venezolanas SA, and also XA-RAN with TAESA Transportes Aereos Ejectivos SA. Note "Fly PSA" sign above tail.
