Transferred to the New Zealand Air Force (as NZ5776) in Aug-1956. Took part in Operation Silver Bullet - the Vampire's farewell tour of NZ in 1972. Now under restoration at the Museum of Flight Restoration Centre. The molded plywood fuselage looks to be in magnificent condition.
