This is a great photo but you're not in international airspace. You're flying over a landmass.

Hope you didn't have to open the window to get such a clear shot. I like it!

This photo intrigues me as one had to have the opportunity to be in position to take it and the timing to perfectly compose it. The illusion of motion in a still photo without "motion blurring" is rare.

A visitor from United States posted Fri October 2, 2009:
GREAT SHOT!!!! Thanks!!!! You mention International Airspace. Can you say what was the closest Air Route Control Center you were near.

It's a 5 star shot. Well balanced and well captured. Lovely surroundings.

What country are you overflying? Looks like Canada

Nice contrails :-) But why do you write that this picture is captured in international airspace when you are flying over a land mass?

It's always great to see air-to-air pictures.
You know, looking at the thumbnail, it looked like World Travel Airlines (FSX)...

I would love to know where this was taken. It's beautiful. Can an airliner be in international airspace when it's over land?

A visitor from United States posted Fri October 2, 2009:
Great shot but one question
