A visitor from Canada posted Sat May 27, 2006:Great photo. I love it and, it's my favorite airline of all time! Love those classic DC-9s. They look so shiny in the airport lights, especially the old livery. We here in Winnipeg get quite a few DC-9s at YWG bound for MSP/ Minneapolis/ St.Paul. New livery and old. But definetly not as shiny. P.S. We sometimes get the odd flight on NWA to Detroit. Winnipeg is a smaller city though POP: 650,000 or something around that. This ones on my desktop! Greetings from YWG/ Winnipeg! 4 stars!
A visitor from - posted Sat April 8, 2006:A great view of Northwest's legendary DC-9 lineup (with the Airbus included), some in the old paint scheme, others in the new one. The new McNamara Terminal is a vast improvement over the old Davey Terminal. And there are even landing lights in the distance; more DC-9s coming in to join their brethren?!
