Stunning shot! Beautiful look at sunrise/sunset over America's heartland! But, where's the boss? Guess the guy in the left seat needs a "bio break" every once in a while, too!

I'm curious how a flight student gets access to the cockpit in flight... this is at least the second shot I have seen from this photographer in the cockpit during a flight.. I guess NWA doesn't follow FAA rules?

That is really amazing. The composition is perfect and the free place of the big boss is also empty, which makes this picture a little bit funny. I'd really love to have such an office. Good job!

Why do you people keep asking "where's the captain" i'm sure it's the captain that took this picture!

Very nice, but what happened with the "less paper in the cockpit" philosophy??? A little messy in there! :) Nice shot though!

Would this be flight 1715? Sticky note above instrument panel. It could be the time, but flight number makes more sense.

Adam, great shot buddy. I think you should pick up the camera again and give us another thousand from your new type. Expressway visual to 31 perhaps? How about a river visual 19? ;)
