N601US / 6601 (cn 19778/27) Second life for this beautiful lady as she now sits in the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington. First flown in 1970, this 747 was the first built for NWA and the first to open service across the Pacific. It was retired in 1999. Dedicated to the BAR Team of course.
