A4O-OC (cn 640) Oman Air is the national airline of the Sultanate of Oman... alongside with Gulf Air (25%Oman, 25%Bahrein, 25%Qatar, 25%UAE). It operates a mixed fleet of two A310-300 and one B737-400, all of them on lease. They set on a fleet renewal plan, purchasing two B737-700 (plus 2 options) and leasing another two -700 and one -800. They are the first B737NG to be odered in the Middle East. First deliveries expected in December 2001.
