N5609 / 09 (cn 18806/188) Hybrid wears Pan Am cheatline and Pacific Interstate titles on taxiway Echo to runway 25L. First flight was September 14, 1965. Delivery date was October 7, 1965. Other serials - N470US with Northwest Orient and Northwest Airlines, and also N5609 with National Airlines, Pan Am, Royal West Airlines, Majestic Air, Carnival Air Lines, and Destination Atlantis. Stored at MIA during September 1991. Broken-up & sunk as reef in Biscayne Bay, Florida during September 1993. Happy swimming!
