A visitor from Norway posted Thu May 18, 2006:Super! By the way, "Ishak" is not a name - it is a nick name. It is an informal word for "donkey". The plane was called so by the pilots for whom I-16, or "I-shestnadcat'" in Russian, was too long for a word. They based a new nick name just on sound simillarity. Cheers. Grigory | |
