EC-HEU / 2 (cn 1038) Heavy water bomber drops another load over the forest fire in the vicinity of the city of Valença on the north of Portugal. I've to say that in the past, I saw some drills and demos of the firefighters and their capacity to extinguish fires using airborne equipment, but to see the real action was the first time for me and it was impressive. A few houses and factories were in risk and this brave and experienced pilots did a fantastic job this day. Well done.
