VH-XBA (cn 17696/29) Airborne view of Qantas Airways First Boeing 707, VH-XBA, (formerly VH-EBA) at the Qantas Founders Outback Museum at Longreach (the Birthplace of Qantas). VH-XBA (City of Canberra) joined Qantas Boeing 747-238B VH-EBQ (City of Bunbury) which has been at the Museum since Nov 2002. (Note, Registration VH-EBA is currently on a JetStar A330-202.) Note the string out the wing of the 747 is for 'wing walking' where you can walk right out onto it. Great photo. Hope to see a big shade sail over it soon and a repaint of the 747 so they are looking good and hopefully some more money so the 707 can get back in the air again
