This photo was taken just one second before the A380 level with us and then climbed above us, it was a very powerful encounter scene! You can also see some of the crowd right under near the runway and around the fenceline for her victory departure. Photo 2 of 2. [Nikon D2x]

From Hong Kong: Last night just saw a documentary which described how A380 contruct its parts from different areas of European countries and transport back to France. Just wonder how the wings can support this giant !!!

Really nice! The only thing I don't like on the A380 is the tail. They don't show the corporate logo, just the A380 symbol. Other than that, excellent picture!

Awestruck, in that climb attitude she seems almost to be saluting her creators as she ascends way above everything we thought we knew about aviation...so Too the photographer - your work seems as divinely inspired as the design of this awesome machine.

The ushering in of a new era in passenger aviation, for once not dominated by the "yanks". Portrayed, beautifully and symbolically "lifting off", great.

I love that in aviation, the uglier an aircraft is, the more we tend to love it. and this aircraft is ugly. but very impressive.
