A visitor from - posted Fri December 25, 2009:Great shot! One of these aircraft has beauty, style and grace. The other is an Airbus.
A visitor from - posted Thu December 17, 2009:Here, the 777 seems to lower the A380 a peg or two in the size stakes, length wise anyway. And please no more talk of the British flag. The Union Jack plus Southern Cross equals the Aussie Flag!
A visitor from - posted Tue December 8, 2009:I go to Sydney Airport all the time and never have had such an opportunity, great job!
A visitor from Australia posted Sat November 14, 2009:A visitor from Canada posted Sun March 1, 2009: Wow, 2 beautiful aircrafts together, despite being competitors! Anyone noticed the very subtle British flag on the 777 near the red tail ? Great shot indeed! *** Its not a british flag, the australian flag has this icon in it which is called the union jack. So V Australia has the entire australian flag on the back. It happens to be the british flag, but that is not the intention with V australia placing it there.
A visitor from Italy posted Tue September 15, 2009:The beauty vs the AIR(beast)BUS... I vote for 777. :-)
A visitor from - posted Mon September 7, 2009:Nicely done Sam. It is indeed the beginning of a new era. I remember when the quartet of QF 744s was all you used to see at LAX.
A visitor from - posted Mon August 24, 2009:How charm, two great aircraft in one shot, two big birds in one place, the great Airbus A-380 and th Boeing 777 (long version), a sight that everybody must admire. Thank you.
A visitor from United Arab Emirates posted Mon March 2, 2009:I sense a little competition! Yes I noticed the British flag near the tail, in gray but I think its atualy part of the Australia flag! (Note the stars on the tail)
A visitor from - posted Sun March 1, 2009:I was hoping it would be QF A380 versus QF Boeing 744. That would be such a rivalry themed photo shot...
A visitor from Canada posted Sun March 1, 2009:Wow, 2 beautiful aircrafts together, despite being competitors! Anyone noticed the very subtle British flag on the 777 near the red tail ? Great shot indeed!
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun March 1, 2009:Nice picture... QANTAS..... :D
A visitor from - posted Sat February 28, 2009:All the factors are aligned -- perfect position of photographer, good sun angle, and I assume a certain degree of luck having these two airliners in close proximity.
A visitor from United States posted Sat February 28, 2009:Oh man! I'm putting this one on my short list of favorites! Classic side by side rivalry! This picture says we're from the same continent but yet we are rivals!
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sat February 28, 2009:Wow! who knows what this will spawn? v australia on the kangaroo route?
A visitor from United States posted Sat February 28, 2009:Well, this photo is really cool as I was literally sitting inside the Qantas A380, 'Nancy-Bird Walton' that day, 27 FEB.....going to LA as QF #11, seat 53K. ;-) I saw the V Australia 777 parked the night before...beautiful.
