N47DA / A-HV (cn 389-55616) This is the P-47D that was escorted out of RIC by a Virginia Air National Guard F-105D in 1972 after an airshow. The P-47D was one of six acquired from the Peruvian AF in 1968 by E. A. Jurist of Nyack, N.Y. The P-47 S/N was 44-90471, and in 1972 was part of the Confederate Air Force.
