A great shot of a cockpit and the pilots of this beautiful plane with all systems running! Hope to be able to sit in it someday. "Which plane did the Russians try to copy this time (A320)" You must be blind, other than the fact that they are twinjets, they have as much in common as with a Boieng 747.
The plane - an Ukrainian, and aircraft engineering school - Russian. Anyway, both of them are pleasant to me. Though.., it is necessary to notice that it is generally made in Russia (in Voronezh) and on 70 % consists of the Russian accessories and details.
Nice aircraft! Congratulations again Antonov it's nice and not expensive plane, by the way it's more Russian than Ukranian yes, it's a joint but Russia have a bigger part of the cake
Nice photo. I'd like very much to fly an-148 some day. Remark to "Fully new Ukraine built aircraft" - this plane and the first AN-148 in Rossiya's fleet were made in Voronezh aircraft plant, thus, it is not fully Ukraine built.
A great photograph taken under difficult lighting conditions. Wonderful exposure and detail. It almost makes you feel you are there in the cockpit looking over their shoulders. Not to mention .. how often does one get to see the cockpit of a Russian airliner. I thank you Mr. Belenkov.
@ visitor from US who said "Which plane did the Russians try to copy this time (A320)" the only similarity with a320 is probably the fact that both are twin jets :P:P
Thanks a lot! | |
"Fully new Ukraine built aircraft" - not exactly. An-148 is designed in Ukraine and produced both in Kiev (Ukraine) and Voronezh (Russia). This one is built in Voronezh, though it contains many parts made in Ukraine (as well as Ukrainian-built aircrafts contain some parts produced in Russia).
Good detail, good lighting, nice atmosphere
Great! It seems to be one of the best Ukrainian aircrafts!
Looks like a Bae145 with 2 engines or a Dornier 328Jet on steroids. Either way, a nice update to a proven design.

Great to finally see a shot of a modern Russian cockpit. 5*
Congratulations Antonov!
Actually, it's the second airline that uses An-148, the first one is Aerosvit.
Amazing! Hope to see this bird in Canada soon!
Looks cozy and modern. Hope to see this bird flying in Europe some day...
This is great! It looks so modern and warm! Congratulations to Antonov´s design bureau.
Flight deck looks fantastic!
So glad this beautiful aircraft made its first flight in airline service!
