Get them love to aviation while they are kids - in years they will might join us. :) The only sad point - no more glassnose Tu-134 in fleet of Rossiya as in many other companies.

The human side definitely makes this photo special. I hope the radar has been switched off, or these children will have no children of their own!

Human factors in aviation! The picture is telling the story here! When you have children on your own, you can feel the thoughts of the people in front of the plane!

Great picture; very touching for any father in aviation. Oh, ...and husband.
Hope she approached the aircraft after the engines were shut down; otherwise the kids would not need MP3 players to destroy their hearing. Careful with kids around aircraft girl!

Good for those kids! Awesome shot....This is exactly how I got the aviation bug; when my dad was a mechanic for Philippine Airlines during childhood.... I will always thank him for letting me fly in a BAC-111; my first time flying!!! Thanks for this photo :)

Just...awesome! My dad has always made sure I had the aviation bug. He would let me sit in his lap as he taxied his RV-3 around the local airport.

I'm wondering, what's the glass nose for?

A journey and passion that will follow those two for life: aviation. Thanks for sharing the spark of a new flame (: To the person below me: The glass nose is space for a nose gunner/turret.

Glass nose is navigator's workplace.
See photo 1578720 ;)
Tu-134's "grandpa" was Tu-16 bomber, and Tu-104, Tu-114, Tu-124 also has glass nose.
However, some last versions of Tu-134 have no glass nose.
