A visitor from - posted Sat April 7, 2012: this excellent shot of what appears to be an exploding aircraft would have taken most people by surprise, the photographer had quick reactions to this incident, it is not a 'snatched shot' rather one that was taken by someone who knew what he/she was doing, the photgraph is 'followed through' and I'd like to know whether a digital slr was used or a film camera, also 'f' number and shutter speed if possible.

A visitor from Australia posted Tue June 10, 2008: This shot first looked like a crashing plane until i opened it. The plane must be coming straight at the photographer to give that illusion. Very well timed photo taking in the path the plane has travelled since releasing the flares giving it an action feel. Fantastic.
