A visitor from Belgium posted Tue August 22, 2006:Captured this very same moment on video that afternoon, but that's not nearly as impressive as this shot. nice work...

A visitor from United States posted Sat April 22, 2006:The angle of the shot is unique and shows more than just the plane coming thru the sound barrier. you can see the engine glow and colors refracted in the moisture around the plane. while this picture is not as clear as to what the plane is doing, it provides a completely different perspective than usual.

A visitor from United States posted Thu January 26, 2006:I have 836.7 of the best flight hours of my life in the "Bone" and this photo is as good as any I've seen. The jet is limited to 3g's due to it's large size and judging by the "vapes" they're pulling all 3!!!!!
A visitor from United States posted Fri January 20, 2006:Everyone else pretty much summed it up, this photo doesn't even need a reason! VERY nice shot...can't get too much better than that!! Jaysen - Shawnee, KS

A visitor from Canada posted Mon August 29, 2005:Amazing shot.
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sat August 27, 2005:Vanquished, cut through and shed, the dull Belgian atmosphere surrenders in a spectacular white rainbow-tinted burst to a B-1B. Yielding masses of condensation, its surfaces enveloped and contrails streaming from its wingtips, this B-1B swoops past and into the distance. It teases and mesmerises the viewer in its escape with scant hints of minimum afterburner, apparent visually only as four shimmering crimson halos glowing deep within, skirting the walls of each nozzle, acoustically their orchestra forms a thunderous crackle, that resonates throughout the Belgian air exaggerating the throttle setting.
A visitor from Australia posted Fri August 26, 2005:You need a reason? This is one of the greatest shots on airliners.net EVER!
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Fri August 26, 2005:Well this picture really speaks for itself. Masses of condensation pouring off the jet as it speeds past in minimum burner.
