25114 The orao J-22 Takingoff during "Sretenje 08" from Nis AirBase. The same attack aircraft crashed on Wednesday 21.may during a routine training mission near the town of Zrenjanin, 60km north from Belgrade city. Pilot ejected and survived with minor injuries.

That is really freaky. Especially since this a/c had just been overhauled @ Moma Stonojlovic just a couple of months before. Was the crash due to human error or tech problems?
