At a cost of $120,000 for just the lens, let alone the skill and determination to capture this shot, this one has to get the photographer's award.

A visitor from United States posted Mon October 26, 2009:
Love these photos. Sky looks dark due to the long focal length. 5*

Good Lord, that's terrible, the only difference between this and AF planes is that the dirt is hidden under the plane where most passengers can't see it.

A visitor from Singapore posted Mon October 26, 2009:
It always impresses me to know that people are able to spot cruising aircraft and actually know what airline and flight it is. Most importantly, this photo is very clear. Good Job. Yea 9VSKD needs some cleaning on its belly. They look really dirty. ans also the area behind engine 2 and 3. Are they supposed to produce this much soot?

A visitor from Germany posted Mon October 26, 2009:
Dude this is awesome! Im always wondering how it is possible to make ground to air shots of a380's. They are so rare, how is it possile then to identifie them from the gorund!? Incredible! 5* of course for this nice picture.

A visitor from Portugal posted Mon October 26, 2009:
