This reminds me very much of the plane I flew years ago while in the air force. It was the dehavilland, l-20. A tail-dragger that we used for administrative visits to the 'high-line' radar sites along the Canadian border. Even though it was a fixed gear aircraft - - - we had hydraulic operated 'skis' that were adapted to the main gear that we could hand pump down or up from the cockpit. Also, the elevator & aileron control was on a 'yolk' that by pulling a pin, we could swivel it from over from the left pilot seat to the right co-pilot seat. The left pilot seat had full rudder & brake control - - while the right seat had only rudder control, but no brake capability.

Great shot of the panel and the overhead. Imagine that those must be the flap handles above. The visibility out the front of this plane must be pretty good.
