N87SB (cn SPI-3001) The wonderful Smokey Bear special-shape balloon, just a few minutes before he accidentally crashed into a 50,000-watt radio transmitter tower and got trapped 700-feet above the ground. Fortunately the 69-year-old pilot and his two young passengers were able to climb down the tower safely. A freak windshear is suspected to be the cause of the accident.
