A visitor from - posted Sat November 20, 2010: St. Barts made the top 10 list of the most extreme airports in the world on The History Channel. By the runway skid marks the reason is obvious. It looks like a carrier deck. They said pilots need special certification to land there. St. Bart's certified pilots are an elite clique in the aviation fraternity.
