VH-JOL (cn V64) Langley Park Fly-In. Designed in 1968 by Lamar Steen, a high school aeronautics teacher, as a high-performance two-seat fully aerobatic (+12g/-10g) biplane that could accommodate larger pilots comfortably and be easy to build. The prototype first flew in October 1970. About 650 have been built. This one was built in 1984, first registered on 22.3.85, but cancelled same day, pending issue of Certificate of Airworthiness. Registered 20.3.86 to John E Liddell, until sold in 2002. Still registered in 2010 at Atherton Tablelands QLD.
