79001 (cn 9001) 13th of June 1952 a signal intelligence equipped DC-3 took off from Bromma Airport. There were eight crewmembers onboard and the mission was top secret. Two hours later, radio contact with the airplane was lost. The aircraft had been shot down by a Soviet MiG-15 and after 50 years at the bottom of the Baltic Sea could wreckage be salvaged in 2004. Now Preserved at Flygvapenmuseum in Linkoping.
