Photographically very good! Smart idea makes it outstanding first of all. Also very harmonically, I mean the composition of the picture: it is very classical example. Think a photo like this could be offered to tire manufacturer to be used in advertising.

Telephoto shots can provide unusual detail particularly the sensation of rapid motion. very nice photo. Would be interesting do see one where the suspension arm is seen to be working as well.
