I saw this from a different perspective billed as "The World's 12th Most Powerful Air Force." Coming from an old Naval Aviation sailor like me it brings a tear. Superb shot, Neil. One of the best on the site!

The formation is a bit wonky, especially the trailing group of four, but a nice shot for sure, and a great sight.

Wow! Kind of reminds me of those world war 2 fighter sweeps here. The Tomcat is my all time
favorite. The original multiple track, shot & kill fighter of the modern era with the world's longest range radar & missiles ever mounted on a fighter in it's day. Battle proven against Sukhois & MIGs it was built to counter. So long, "Tom", as you fade into aviation history. Thanks, Neil, for sharing a great capture here.

The Tomcat will be fondly remembered, and sorely missed. Nice shot, by the way. I just wish I could have been there to see it.
