A visitor from Canada posted Wed March 4, 2009:I LOVE this photo. It just captures the awesomeness of the C-17 :P Its great to watch these things fly over my house every single day, just doing circuits; CFB Trenton rocks for that!
A visitor from Kuwait posted Fri November 28, 2008:Lovely Picture: Something that no on else seems to have commented on is the gentleman in the foreground who jumped off the fighter aircraft...(did he feel that this was a tail strike too???)
A visitor from Australia posted Wed September 10, 2008:This is about as low as you can go on takeoff. Great shot of the take of roll out from a short field, really demonstrates what a a versatile aircraft the Globemaster II is. I am old enough to remeber the orginal Globemaster at Christcurch New Zealand we thought that was huge but this is something else.

A visitor from United States posted Mon September 1, 2008:Outstanding photo! Excellent subject, awesome capture overall! This shot really shows the get-up-and-go feature of the C-17A, and the fact that it's roughly 4 inches from a tailstrike makes it great for timing! ***** Jaysen - Wichita, KS
