G-FCLD (cn 28718/752) Catching the last rays of the sun while rocketing away from RWY26. What an awesome day comes to an end. Too bad that the sun vanished behind the mountains shortly after this shot was taken....lot's of interesting movements could have been recorded on film/compact flash card. (Canon 40D 600mm f4 lens ISO 100 1/320sec @ f6.3)

If one element should symbolize its character in flight...it's FIRE. Explosive climbout...
and a smooth cruise

757 seriously rocks....for a 75' it's a quite gentle climbout....if the capt wanted he could bust it up to FL 100 in about a minute or so
