VH-ANW (cn 13624) Originally delivered to the USAAF 17 Jun 1944, she was bought by Australian National Airways in 1945, and registered VH-ANW. In Aug 1958, she was sold to Guinea Airways in S. Aust. She was placed back with South Australian Airlines in 1960 until she retired in 1971. Bought by Steve and Gail Campling, she was used as McDonalds Midland's diner for 14 years under a ficticious registration VH-MMF of MacRobertson Miller Airlines before being donated to WA Museum of Aviation. She will be sold by tender by 16 May 03. Originally fitted with PW R1830 engines, now comes with Wright Cyclone engines. Painted in current livery for an ABC TV mini-series.
