Seen lining up runway 24L for departure to MCI. First flight was May 2, 1962. Delivery date was May 31, 1962. Wears FN 6751 with TWA. Incident - April 19, 1969 on take-off from IAD, the right leading edge flaps did not retract. Fuel was dumped & aircraft landed safely at IAD with 39 persons on board. WFU in November 1982 & stored at DMA (Davis-Monthan) as N751TW. To The Boeing Company for KC-135E parts. Preserved in storage at Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona.
