Nothing like a noisy turbojet 707 to wake up the city on a Sunday morning. Seen approaching runway 27 for departure to STL, before regular service to SAN when TWA charters operated the 707-331 turbojet exclusively - usually with N772TW! First flight was June 13, 1960. Delivery date was July 1, 1960. Other serials - N772TW with Allen Aircraft Corporation - the scrapper! Wears FN 7672 with TWA. Broken-up at MCI (Kansas City) in May 1982 as N772TW.
