N11002 / 11002 (cn 193B-1014) Seen at 0700 rolling runway 27 to STL and JFK. First flight was June 3, 1972. Delivery date was July 4, 1972. Other serials - N11002 with American Trans Air, Five Star, Interface Group - Nevada Incorporated, and IASCO - International Aviation Services Company. Sadly, W/O July 30, 1992 with TWA at JFK as N11002. Aircraft overran runway on take-off. Her fuel tanks cracked, the aircraft caught fire and disintegrated. All 292 on board survived. Several great photos of final outcome on A.net.

July 30, 1992: TWA Flight #843 by member September11
Aircraft: N11002 (L10). Route: JFK-SFO. 280 Passengers, 12 Crew Members (10 injuries). Plane crashed on aborted takeoff shortly after liftoff. Plane came to rest, upright and on fire, on grass-covered soil. Despite fire, crew was able to evacuate all.
