9V-SPN (cn 28031/1266) Yet another Boeing 747-400 gets withdrawn from the Singapore Airlines fleet. Delivered to Singapore Airlines in early 2001, this relatively young B744 was temporarily stored in Victorville for about a year before rejoining the fleet with a fresh new paintjob. Barely a year after its hiatus in the desert, 9V-SPN sports the full Transaero livery and is seen here approaching runway 20C, completing its 2 hour pre-delivery test flight. Glad this B744 found another home!
