This was the best looking body style TU-144 before the safety Nazis ruined it.
My beauty, my love, why must you be gone from the skies? You were too gorgeous...
I can´t imagine what represented the tu-144 at that time when it came from tupolev´s factory.. obviously one of the greatest moments in history of aviation!
So damn pretty... | |
The stair car looks like an old convertable Lincoln limo.
In Italy we call this "the concordosky". I noticed the missing canards and had to read the captions :-)
How I wish to see the old tupolev flying just on more time
Amazing achievment of Soviet Engineers. *****
This is so cool!I love it!
The prototype of Tu-144 had no canards and differed from the other serial machines in EVERY little detail and unit. It's absolutely different aircraft compare to others. By the way, this machine had four ejection seats for crew.
So rare photo of the unique prototype! Thanks a lot for sharing!
Wow very rare. It is the colour photo of the prototype, right?
Never realized how this magnificent birds is really sleek when its nose and canard/flaps are retracted.
