Thy has both pilots from it's own flying school and other licensed pilots, most of them was military pilots now they fly for THY. As you can see all passengers are in pilot uniform in this cessna and a training flight in progress.

I have done my share of it also, flying passangers to and from the North Sea Islands in Germany, in the mid 70ies. It was fun and a real flight hours builder. Although this here picture looks more like basic training or so.
